HELPING YOUNG MINDS FEEL CALM, FOCUSED & READY TO LEARN
Why bring sound journeys in to schools?
Children today face increasing levels of stress, anxiety, and overstimulation — both inside and outside the classroom. According to NHS Digital, 1 in 5 children in England now has a probable mental health disorder, up from 1 in 9 in 2017. Over 500 children are referred daily for anxiety-related issues, and long waiting times for traditional support mean many are left struggling. Sound healing offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support students' emotional wellbeing. Our sessions are calming, engaging, and effective in helping children manage stress, improve focus, and develop emotional resilience.

What to expect
Kate, a fully qualified primary school teacher who still actively teaches in schools, leads every session with deep understanding and care. Her unique blend of educational experience and holistic training ensures each sound journey is age-appropriate, inclusive, and supportive.
Our school sessions are tailored for different age groups and needs. We begin with simple breathing techniques, a guided story meditation and gentle movements, helping students feel at ease.
The students are then are guided through a relaxing sound journey using instruments such as chimes, singing bowls, and soft percussion. The experience leaves them feeling calm, focused, and refreshed.
